We had a family room that was spacious and comfortable. The full breakfast spread was surprisingly delicious with fresh ingredients. The kids loved the cozy lounge area, and we enjoyed unwinding in the garden space after our long day. The only minor hiccup was some muffled sound from the TV, but it didn’t ruin our stay at all. 😊

Had a blast with friends! We hit up a concert at the Resorts World Arena and relaxed at Santai Spa. Perfect spot for chilling and bonding. The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the convenient location. Just a heads-up, parking can be tricky, so plan ahead!

Had a wonderful stay at Ibis Styles Birmingham Nec & Airport. The room was spacious with a comfortable double bed and two singles for the kids, perfect for our family. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options, and the location was super convenient for events at the NEC.

The bar service during dinner was very slow, took ages to get a drink, and the food options didn’t impress. I believe they serve pizza from a supermarket brand, which was a letdown. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout, especially at reception.

Decent stay close to NEC

So, we stayed for 2 nights and it was pretty chill. The twin room was a surprise – big space and comfy beds! Restaurant had decent pub grub at reasonable prices. Only issue was the bathroom kinda needed a fix, but they sorted it quickly. good price for what you get!
